The Institute of Bankers School of Professional Finance welcomes the opportunity to provide this comprehensive suite of programmes targeted to the needs of the International Financial Services industry in Ireland. The programmes were developed in partnership with industry participants and the key representative bodies and associations.

Since its inception in 1987, the IFSC and the International Financial Services companies located throughout the country have grown in importance in our economy. In tandem with the sector’s evolution, the Institute of Bankers has significantly expanded its range of courses to incorporate those designed to meet the specific needs of international industry participants.

Despite the unprecedented global challenges now facing international banking, the Irish–based  sector in traded International Financial Services has shown itself to be remarkably resilient. Investment in education and skills development is central to government policy to build the capacity of the sector to withstand current challenges and resume growth as the global economic environment recovers.
