Seminar notes, Past Exam Papers and Sample Exam Papers (where available) can be downloaded from the student resources section (on the right of the screen). You will need your membership number and password. If you do not have these, phone the Institute on 6116500.

Exam Results
Results are posted out to members approximately 6 - 8 weeks following the date of the exam. They will also be available on the Student Resource Centre, to access them you will need your membership number and password. Due to the confidential nature of exam results they cannot be issued by phone or in person. If your postal address has changed you should let us know in writing by fax or email.

If you are requesting a recheck/review please note the following:
1. You must read the Examination Regulations document before sending your application.
2. You should go ahead and re-register for the resit date (where applicable) pending the result of the recheck/review. If following the recheck/review you do not need to sit at the resit date your fee will be refunded.
3. You must send the review into the Institute within 10 working days of the results being posted from the Institute.

Exam deferral
Please note that the Institute does not operate a system of deferrals. If you cannot sit an exam on the date you registered for you will need to re-register to a subsequent date paying the €115 re-registration fee. If the non-attendance at an exam was caused by an illness or death/illness of a direct family member, you should wait until your Exam Result Notice is released 6-8 weeks after the date of the exam. Candidates have 10 working days from the issue of this notice to return it with a copy of the medical certificate to the Head of Registry.

Change of exam venue:
If you wish to change your exam location you have 5 working days from the date that the the exam attendance notice is issued. To request the change, you must do so in writing (fax, email or post). The exact closing date to change venues, will be stated on the notice. After this date you cannot change your exam venue under any circumstances.
Note: Candidates cannot change exam centre allocated in Dublin.

Day of the exam:
You must bring your letter of attendance and photo ID.
